UpSkill Universe partnered with Santander to create a pilot initiative supporting Women of Colour business owners through targeted financial education and guidance.
Challenge
Santander needed to establish itself as a trusted source of financial information for Women of Colour entrepreneurs while addressing unconscious bias among Business Banking Managers. The challenge was to create a comprehensive program that would support female black business owners and improve their access to financial resources and advice.
Solution
UpSkill Universe developed a series of one-hour webinars and fireside chats covering key topics such as growing finances and demystifying business debt. The program also included panel discussions featuring successful female Black business owners sharing their experiences and insights.
